License management

Updating your license number, expiry, and province. What admin sees and approves.

3 min

HaevenX guards have to be properly licensed in their province. The app keeps your license info on file, surfaces it to admin for verification, and reminds you before it expires.

Adding or updating your license

  1. Settings → My License.
  2. Enter your license number.
  3. Pick your province.
  4. Enter the expiry date (the date printed on the license itself).
  5. Optionally upload a photo of the front of the license.
  6. Tap Submit.

What admin sees

An admin reviewer gets a notification that your license info changed. They check the photo (if you uploaded one) against the licensing authority's online registry, and approve or reject. While pending, you can still go on duty (existing license stays in effect) but the new info is flagged "pending review" in your profile.

Expiry reminders

You get a push at 60 days, 30 days, 14 days, and 7 days before your license expires. Don't ignore them. On the day of expiry, your On Duty toggle locks out until you update the license. New emergencies in your zone route to other guards.

Multi-province coverage

If you're licensed in multiple provinces and patrol across borders, add each license separately. The system uses whichever license matches the province you're physically in at the moment.
