Pricing explained
The default $99/mo, custom-rate neighborhoods, sponsored neighborhoods, and family add-ons.
HaevenX has three pricing models for the neighborhood-side subscription, plus a family add-on. Which one applies to you depends entirely on what your neighborhood has set up.
Model 1: standard ($99/month per household)
The default. Until your neighborhood reaches 150 paying-or-waitlisted residents, you pay nothing. After activation, $99/month per household, billed monthly to the card on file. Cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of the current period.
Model 2: custom rate (HOA / condo / association)
Some neighborhoods negotiate a different rate with HaevenX. Common reasons: an HOA has already collected a security fee from residents, a condo has a different per-unit math, a small luxury community wants a higher rate for higher coverage. The custom rate appears on your dashboard at the top: "Your neighborhood: $79/month per household, threshold 100". You're billed at that custom rate, not $99.
Model 3: sponsored (someone else pays)
If your HOA, your developer, your employer, or a corporate sponsor pays for the neighborhood as a whole, residents are free. You don't add a payment method; you just sign up. The sponsor's monthly bill covers everything. Your dashboard shows: "Sponsored by [HOA Name] — no charge to residents."
Family add-on (separate from neighborhood pricing)
Whatever the neighborhood model, the family add-on is the same: 3 family members included, then $2.99/month for each additional member up to a cap of 12. Billed to the family master's card.

Refunds
If a charge was wrong, write to billing@haevenx.com within 14 days and we'll fix it. We do not pro-rate cancellations (so cancelling on the 25th of the month doesn't refund the unused 5 days), but you keep service through the end of that period.
