Voice-activated SOS
Say "HaevenX SOS" and the on-duty patrol is dispatched to your location.
If you can't reach your phone screen — your hands are full, you're cuffed, the phone is in your bag — you can also fire an SOS by voice. Just say "HaevenX SOS" clearly. The on-screen SOS button still works; voice is the alternative.
What you need
- The HaevenX app open in the foreground OR a recent unlock of the phone (within ~10 minutes).
- Microphone permission granted to HaevenX.
- The ambient noise around you doesn't need to be silent; the recognizer is tuned for spoken phrases over background noise.
What happens
- Your phone vibrates twice the moment it recognizes the phrase.
- A 4-second cancel countdown appears on screen and is also announced aloud: "SOS in four, three, two, one... dispatched."
- If you say "HaevenX cancel" within those 4 seconds, nothing else happens.
- Otherwise, an emergency request fires: patrol gets a high-priority alert, your family master gets a push, your emergency contact gets a text.
Why "HaevenX SOS" specifically
The phrase has to be unique enough that your phone won't trigger on overheard conversation, song lyrics, or ambient noise. "HaevenX" plus "SOS" together has effectively zero false-positive rate in our testing.

Disabling voice SOS
If you have a kid who might say the phrase as a joke, you can turn off voice SOS in Settings → Privacy and Security → Voice SOS. The on-screen button still works.
